Cigna's Evernorth Health Services division seeks a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to deliver IV therapy in patients' homes across Nassau, Duval, and surrounding counties. This 24-hour-per-week role emphasizes compassionate, autonomous nursing within a multidisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, with 1+ year in critical or home healthcare, and are proficient in IV techniques. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel are required; BSN preferred.

Competenze

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Ability to work 24 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends as needed.

Mansioni

• Provide safe and effective administration of specialty medications (including IV infusion) in patients' homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.
