Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy is seeking a Specialty Infusion Field Nurse to deliver IV therapies in patients’ homes across a broad geographic region. You will collaborate with pharmacists and care teams to support comprehensive patient care and outcomes.

This role requires an active RN license with 1+ year in critical care, acute care, or home health, plus IV infusion expertise. Travel and flexible scheduling are required, with some evenings and weekends expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe administration of specialty medications (IV) in patients' homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient wellbeing.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress in patient records.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.
• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Travel to patient homes as required within geographic region.
