Job summary

Dynamic Access LLC in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Home Infusion RN to deliver infusion therapies in home and facility settings. You will assess patients, manage IVIG, monoclonal antibodies, and other therapies, and collaborate with physicians to ensure comfort and safety.

The ideal candidate has an active RN license, at least 3 years of nursing experience, strong IV skills, and proficiency with electronic health records.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and current.
• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience required.
• Experience in infusion therapy and IV skills preferred.
• Certification in infusion therapy (CRNI) is a plus.
• Experience in hospital or home infusion settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer infusion therapies per physician orders and protocols.
• Monitor patient during infusions for safety and efficacy.
• Educate patients and families on procedures and aftercare.
• Collaborate with clinicians to develop and adjust care plans.
• Complete accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Stay updated on infusion guidelines and best practices.
