Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license with ability to practice in New York State.
• Proficiency with IV insertions across age groups and IV pumps.
• Experience delivering high-quality patient care and supporting patient satisfaction.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intravenous infusion therapy safely and effectively in an infusion suite.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after infusions, identifying reactions or complications.
• Perform IV insertions across all age groups, including PICC and Port‑a‑Cath access.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership to implement care plans.
• Provide patient and caregiver education tailored to understanding and anxiety levels.
• Support nurse/patient education initiatives as requested by the Clinical Nurse Manager.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members to support holistic needs.
