Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe administration of specialty medications at patients’ homes.
• Partner with pharmacists for patient well-being.
• Document assessments and progress for accurate records.
• Serve as primary contact for patient updates.
• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decision-making.
