Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, part of Evernorth Health Services, is hiring a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to deliver care in patients’ homes and build meaningful relationships while driving positive health outcomes.

You will administer IV medications, collaborate with care teams, maintain records, and coordinate patient updates. This role requires autonomy and strong clinical decision‑making within a large geographic region.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Availability for a 40‑hour workweek, including evenings and weekends as needed.
