Job summary

Accredo is seeking a Home Infusion Nurse to provide essential nursing care in patients' homes, administering IV infusion medications and building meaningful patient relationships.

You will partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well‑being, document assessments and progress, and serve as the primary contact for updates and coordination.

This part‑time role in Kennewick, WA requires an RN license and at least 1 year of relevant experience, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• 2 years of RN experience strongly preferred.
• Active RN license in state of practice.
• Valid driver's license.

About This Role

As a Home Infusion Nurse at Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, you will provide essential nursing care to patients in their homes, focusing on the administration of IV infusion medications and fostering meaningful patient relationships.
