Job summary

InfuCare Rx in the Mays Landing area is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our growing home infusion team. In this role you will deliver IV therapies, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with an expert care team to ensure safe, compassionate care in patients’ homes.

Candidates must hold an active RN license and meet state requirements; CPR; and pass competency checks. Prior home care and IV therapy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• 3 years’ experience as an RN preferred, ideally with home care, with exceptional IV skills
• BSN or ADN or graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US
• Successfully pass annual competency checks
• Clean background and criminal record; must pass drug test

Responsibilities

• Observe, interpret and monitor patient’s condition; notify appropriate personnel; advocate for patient care
• Collaborate with a team to meet positive client care outcomes
• Discuss health care with patients; listen and relay concerns to the nursing team
• Perform IV therapy
• Maintain clinical records in compliance with laws
• Other duties as assigned by management

Job Skills, Requirements And Responsibilities

• Attention to Detail Use excellent nursing skills to observe, interpret and monitor patient’s condition and notify appropriate personnel of any changes, acting as the patient advocate
• Interpersonal Skills: Working collaboratively with an exceptional team to help meet positive client care outcomes
• Communication: Discuss health care with patients and listen to their concerns, relay to the nursing team

• Compliance: Assure proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

Successful Candidates Must Meet The Following Requirements

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• 3 years’ experience as an RN preferred, ideally with some home care experience, must possess exceptional IV skills
• A Bachelor of Science in nursing, an associate degree in nursing, or have graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program
• Current CPR
• Proof of eligibility to work in the US
• Successfully pass annual competency checks
• Clean background and criminal record and must pass drug test

Physical Demands

Required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and hear; required to use hands to operate vehicles and office equipment; must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs; specific vision requirements for this job include: close, distance and peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position without compromising patient care.
