Qualifications

• 10+ years of paid professional experience preferred.
• Strong ‘multi-skill’ handyman background.
• Strong carpentry and drywall background.
• Must have/own day-to-day tools of the trade.
• Ability to estimate time needed for tasks and manage priorities.
