Mr. Handyman is seeking experienced, motivated home improvement professionals who can work directly with customers to complete projects and open doors to future work.

This full-time role offers a company van, gas, maintenance, insurance, and a competitive weekly pay of $850–$950 with bonus opportunities, plus paid time off after 1 year. You will handle small to medium repairs, manage time, communicate scope, collect payments, and deliver a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of paid professional home improvement experience.
• Strong drywall and carpentry background.
• Own day-to-day tools.
• Ability to accurately determine time needed on various tasks.
• Comfortable being client facing as needed.
• Team player who can work independently.

Responsabilités

• Complete small to medium maintenance/repairs and home improvement projects.
• Communicate with customers about scope of work and collect payment at the end of each job using Square.

•We provide the company van, gas, maintenance, insurance. You take it home and take care of it.

Compensation:

•$850-$950/weekly average + bonus opportunities with Saturday work

•Communicate with customers about scope of work and manage expectations. Collect payment at the end of each job using Square.

Job Requirements:

•Strong ‘multi-skilled’ Handyman background desired

•Strong drywall and carpentry background

•Must have/own ‘day to day’ tools of the trade

•Ability to accurately determine time needed on various tasks and projects

•Strong ability to prioritize and time manage projects

•Comfortable being client facing as needed

•Team player who can work independently

•7+ years of paid professional home improvement experience preferred
