Job summary

Orkin is seeking a Sales Inspector to connect with homeowners, inspect homes, and close pest-control service sales. You’ll present trusted protection backed by a century of expertise and the Orkin Guarantee, with award-winning training and career development.

You’ll manage appointments, use an iPad for documentation, and work independently while building relationships and providing solutions to protect homes and families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator.
• Ability to climb, crawl, or work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Build trust by explaining findings clearly and recommending the best treatment options.
• Close sales by showing the value and long-term benefits of Orkin's services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize your schedule, and maximize leads and self-generated opportunities.

• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
