Job summary

Rollins, Inc. is seeking a sales inspector who will conduct full-home inspections, explain findings, and close sales for Orkin’s pest-control services. The role emphasizes independence, integrity, and high earning potential, with award-winning training and a strong support system.

You’ll work with a trusted brand, have uncapped commissions, and potential for significant income growth through performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Use a ladder safely within weight capacity.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, rooftops and similar areas.
• PPE usage including OSHA-compliant respirator when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend best treatment options.
• Close sales by showcasing value and long-term protection.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation with company iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, and maximize leads.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
