Job summary

Lee Company in Franklin, TN seeks a customer-focused professional to provide custom home services solutions and manage projects or sales with a one-call approach. You will identify customer needs, develop effective solutions, and guide the client from inquiry to close.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of PM or home improvement sales experience, are proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and hold a high school diploma or GED. Strong time management, integrity, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of successful Project Management or Home Improvement Sales experience.
• Experience utilizing a ‘one-call’ sales method
• Experience with and understanding of all home services standards and practices, as well as code requirements
• A working familiarity and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and ability to be trained in use of the Company-specific applications and software
• High school diploma or GED
