Lowe’s Companies, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Mansfield, OH. This part-time role focuses on welcoming customers, helping them find products, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their shopping experience.

You will interact with customers, answer questions, and handle merchandise while supporting store goals. The position involves potential movement across departments and occasional lifting in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or similar device.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods and perform duties.
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or more with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by scanning shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to improve service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., paint, plumbing, wood, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
