Job summary

Lowe’s Georgetown, KY is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and process transactions. You’ll engage with shoppers, stock shelves, and ensure a positive store experience throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer and basic arithmetic.
• Familiarity with retail technology and devices (phones/tablets).

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise and replenish shelves as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive items on time.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support the team.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., staining, cutting, bundling).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
