Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Roswell, GA seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide hospice care to terminally ill patients within the home/hospice setting. You will work as a key member of the hospice team, assessing needs, coordinating care with families, and supporting bereavement processes.

The role requires state NP licensure, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and NP board certification. Experience in hospice and on-call coverage are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; NP certification required.
• State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner to practice in GA; board-certified NP.
• Ability to work independently, supervise others, and respond to crises.
• Completion of Hospice training program.

Responsibilities

• Regularly assess hospice patient needs and reassess plan of care.
• Order, perform, supervise, and interpret diagnostics and tests.
• Initiate and manage treatment plans, including medications and nonpharmacologic treatments.
• Educate and counsel patient and family; coordinate with IDG teams.
• Supervise nursing staff and train team members as needed.
• Maintain patient records and comply with HIPAA policies.
• Attend team conferences and participate in on-call system.
