Job summary

MRCI Client Directed Services is seeking compassionate, in-home direct care staff to support individuals with varying needs in Jordan, MN. You will help with daily activities, assist with feeding, and accompany clients on community outings, making a meaningful difference every day.

Schedule includes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday afternoons and Saturday shifts. Candidates must be 16+ and able to pass a background check; a valid driver’s license is required for community-based outings and travel.

• Must be 16+ years old with a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Assist with feeding.
• Coordinate and participate in community outings.
