Job summary

Lincoln Healthcare in Philadelphia is looking for experienced RNs and LPNs to provide in-home care for medically fragile pediatric patients. We offer both full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling to suit your needs.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with appropriate licensing.
• Experience with pediatric care is preferred.
• Compassionate and committed to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to medically fragile pediatric patients.
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions.
• Collaborate with families to create care plans.

Job description

Lincoln Healthcare is currently seeking experienced and compassionate RNs and LPNs to help us to provide our medically fragile patients with the home care they need. We have immediate position in the GreaterPhiladelphia area with an assignment ranging from per-diem/ part-time to a full 40 hours per week. On-call nurses are welcome too! Because we provide care for such a wide range of pediatric clients, we make every effort for our team to select assignments that match their expertise and preference.

• Day and Night Shift RN: Philadelphia, PA: Sunday-Saturday, 7a-7p, 7p-7a, 54-year-old female (Trach and vent care, G-Tube, O2, Pulse Ox)
