Lincoln Healthcare is currently seeking experienced and compassionate RNs and LPNs to help us to provide our medically fragile patients with the home care they need. We have immediate positions in the Greater Philadelphia area with assignments ranging from per‑diem/part‑time to a full 40 hours per week. On‑call nurses are welcome too!

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑home nursing care to patients with complex medical needs.
• Administer medications, manage lines, and perform ADLs as required.
• Deliver care on flexible schedules including day, night, weekday, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with experience caring for medically fragile patients, including those with TBI, G‑tube, central lines, and transport.
• Compassionate, patient‑focused, and able to adapt to different shift lengths.
• Available to work per‑diem, part‑time, full‑time, and on‑call shifts.

Locations & Shifts

• Philadelphia, PA – shifts from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. or 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. as needed.
• Coatesville, PA – shifts from 6:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. or 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
• Media, PA – on‑call shifts 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. and 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
