BAYADA Home Health Care in Attleboro, MA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our home health visit team. You will provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients at home, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to help patients remain in their own homes.

This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a weekly pay schedule, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, PTO, mileage reimbursement, and life insurance.

Qualificações

• A current nursing license in good standing in Massachusetts.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with transcript or diploma.
• At least 1 year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in clinical settings.

Responsabilidades

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify changes in patient condition.
• Deliver acute and post-acute home care including wound care and IV therapy.
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations in the home setting.
• Conduct medication reconciliation, patient teaching, and safety monitoring.
• Document wound care and patient progress in real time.

You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).
