A leading healthcare company is seeking a Home Health Strategy Advancement Advisor to provide strategic direction and oversight for business initiatives. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing projects, and utilizing data to drive decision-making. The Home Health Strategy Advancement Advisor provides data-based strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities. Provides business intelligence and strategic planning support for business segments or the company at large. The Home Health Strategy Advancement Advisor works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.
The Strategy Advancement Advisor is responsible for :
Strategic initiative oversight and execution : Develop comprehensive strategic plans and execute them with a minimum-viable-product mentality and bias for progress over perfection.
Clinical Outcomes Improvement : Partner with clinical SMEs and analytics partners to identify, implement, and measure the outcomes impact of clinical enhancements to value-based programs.
Operational Improvement : Analyze current operations and workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and establish solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to define opportunities, present findings, build cross-organizational alignment, and implement strategic initiatives.
Project Management : Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize data, analytics, and evidence-based clinical practice to support strategy development and decision making.

Required Qualification
Experience in strategy consulting / corporate strategy, or healthcare related experience in finance or operations
Minimum of 3 years of experience combined with an advanced degree, or 6 plus years of experience
Must have independently led significant, quantifiable business impact in fast-paced strategic environments
Preferred Qualifications
MBA preferred
Experience leading strategic initiatives related to clinical care delivery preferred

Additional Information :
To ensure Home or Hybrid Home / Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home / Office employees must meet the following criteria :
At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership.
Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.
Home or Hybrid Home / Office employees will be provided with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position / job.
Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information.
Travel : While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
