Qualifications

• Must have valid state professional license.
• Graduate of ASHA accredited program; foreign-trained must be substantially equivalent to U.S. entry-level education per ASHA.

Responsabilités

• Complete evaluations, assessments, and treatments per care plan and timelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop, integrate, and manage patient care plans.
• Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Demonstrate home-care competency in required patient care skills.
• Provide education to patients and families using approved materials.
