Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides speech therapy services within the scope defined by state law and care plan.
• Evaluates functional status and supports the physician in developing the plan of care.
• Treats patients to improve communication and swallowing abilities.
• Records patient responses and progress for supervising clinicians.
• Educates patient and family on speech therapy techniques and home practices.
