Your Role

• Provide patient evaluations, screenings, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Work closely with patients to improve communication, cognitive‑linguistic abilities, and swallowing function.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on therapy techniques and self‑care strategies.
• Monitor, document, and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Ensure professional conduct aligns with Ancora's commitment to high‑quality care.
• Perform additional duties as needed to meet patient needs.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Therapy License in Alaska.
• 2+ years of experience (preferred).
• Strong verbal & written communication and time‑management skills.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• Proof of current auto insurance & vehicle registration.
• Fingerprint clearance card (accompanied by assistance).
• CPR certification & negative TB test (assist offered).
