Amedisys is seeking a Speech Pathologist to deliver comprehensive evaluation and treatment of speech, language and swallowing disorders in adults in home-based settings across Hudson County. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and coordination with families and care teams.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice speech pathology in the assigned state.
• CCC-SLP certification with appropriate graduate coursework and CFY pathway if required.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Prevent, assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive communication and swallowing disorders in adults.
• Provide aural rehabilitation for deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals and implement AAC systems for severe communication disorders.
• Other duties as assigned.
