Amedisys is seeking a Speech Therapist - Home Health to join our per diem weekday team. The role focuses on preventing, assessing, diagnosing and treating speech, language, social communication, cognitive communication and swallowing disorders in adults in a home health setting.

Required are a current state license, CCC-SLP, and CPR certification; one year of speech pathology experience is preferred. The position offers a competitive pay range of $50 to $80 per hour and a comprehensive benefits

Formación

• Current, unencumbered license to practice speech pathology for the assigned state.
• CCC-SLP certification with required graduate coursework and practicum.
• CPR certification is current.

Responsabilidades

• Prevent, assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, social and cognitive communication and swallowing disorders in adults.
• Provide aural rehabilitation and AAC support for hearing-impaired individuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
