Job summary

This full‑time, Monday–Friday role works to prevent, assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, cognitive communication and swallowing disorders in adults, at patients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered license to practice speech pathology in the assigned state.
• Current CCC-SLP certification with required supervised clinical practicum.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Prevent, assess, diagnose and treat speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders in adults.
• Provide aural rehabilitation and AAC solutions for individuals with hearing loss.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
