PARS Therapy in Wimberly, TX is seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team for onsite care in the Wimberly community. This role focuses on delivering direct speech therapy and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP with Texas licensure, HIPAA compliance, and strong communication skills to support patients and families throughout treatment.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification and Texas license to practice.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Proficient with clinical documentation systems and related software.
• Solid understanding of and adherence to HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws.
• Experience handling confidential patient information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech therapy services to patients according to physician orders and Plan of Care.
• Design and implement evidence-based exercises tailored to each patient’s goals.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and families throughout treatment.
• Establish measurable goals and track progress, noting improvements and ongoing challenges.
• Ensure proper setup, use, and sterilization of therapy equipment per safety protocols.
• Review patient records prior to sessions to craft personalized treatment plans.
• Engage in continuing education to maintain licensure and stay current in the field.

Essential Job Functions:

• - Deliver direct speech therapy services to patients in accordance with the physician’s orders and individualized Plan of Care
• - Design and implement engaging, evidence-based exercises and activities tailored to each patient’s communication goals
• - Provide counseling, education, and support to patients and their families throughout the treatment process
• - Establish measurable goals and track patient progress, identifying both improvements and ongoing challenges
• - Ensure proper setup, use, and sterilization of speech therapy equipment in accordance with safety protocols
• - Review patient records prior to sessions to develop a clear, personalized treatment approach
• - Participate in continuing education to maintain licensure and stay current with advancements in speech-language pathology

Requirements:
