Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a dedicated Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to join our Franklin, VA team. You will deliver patient-centered therapy in home settings, collaborate with care teams, and document progress to support ongoing recovery and independence.

Minimum Master’s in Speech Language Pathology, 1 year of SLP experience, state license, and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current, unrestricted state license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current BLS/CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 home-based speech and language therapy.
• Assess and treat speech, language, and cognitive communication disorders.
• Teach alternative communication methods when needed (e.g., sign language).
• Educate and guide patients, families, and healthcare teams on therapy plans.
• Document progress and submit visit notes per agency policy.

Education

Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology

1 year of work experience as Speech Language Pathologist

Active State Licensure as Speech Language Pathologist

BLS or CPR certification
