Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is seeking a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist for a PRN role in the O'Fallon, IL area. The position involves 1:1 patient care, evaluating speech and language needs, and providing therapy in a home-health setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Minimum of one (1) year’s work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current, unrestricted license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the practicing state.
• Current BLS or CPR certification per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients to evaluate speech or language needs and determine continued therapy.
• Teach patients how to make sounds and improve voice quality.
• Teach alternative communication methods (e.g., sign language) when needed.
• Educate and guide healthcare team and caregivers in therapeutic exercises to support progress outside sessions.
• Document progress and submit visit notes per agency policy.
