Angels Care Home Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide in‑home therapy across patient residences. You will develop and implement care plans to restore communication, swallowing, and cognitive function while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current state license in Speech Language Pathology.

Plans, implements and evaluates patient care plans to restore or maintain patient well‑being.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary team.
