Job summary

Enhabit, Inc. seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver skilled therapy in home settings across Idaho, under physician supervision. You’ll assess and treat language, motor speech, and swallowing disorders for patients in private homes, assisted living, or memory care.

Requirements: valid SLP license in Idaho, valid driver’s license, auto liability insurance, dependable transportation and ability to drive in all weather. $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must wear seat belts at all times while driving.
• Must be able to drive in all types of weather conditions.
• Currently licensed as an SLP in the State of Employment.

Responsibilities

• Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy to individuals in a home setting, under the care of an attending physician.
• The home setting may include single or multi-family homes, assisted living, independent living, or memory care.
• Evaluate and treat patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, voice disorders, and those requiring alternative or augmentative communication.
• Work with patients who have experienced a stroke and those with progressive diseases such as Parkinson’s disease and dementia.
