Job summary

Amenity Health Services PLLC is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to deliver quality patient care in accordance with physician orders. You will evaluate, prescribe and deliver speech therapies while adhering to policies and maintaining effective communication with families and healthcare teams.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and possess experience with pediatric and developmentally disabled clients. This full-time position offers competitive salary ranges and comprehensive health benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services as prescribed by the patient’s physician.

• Write evaluations defining speech therapy needs, goals, and expected outcomes.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, licensing regulations, and state laws.
• Develop, maintain and adjust written care plans with reasonable goals.
• Maintain confidentiality for patients and the company.
• Maintain effective communication among staff, the healthcare team, and families.
• Refer patients to additional educational or medical services.
• Participate in coordination of services with team members.

Work Overview

We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologist who will deliver quality patient care in accordance with each patient’s physician orders. Responsibilities include evaluation, prescribing and delivering speech therapies, care planning, interdisciplinary communication, emergency management, and education of families.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services as prescribed by the patient’s physician.
• Maintain a full‑time caseload of at least 47 visits weekly.
• Write evaluations defining speech therapy needs, goals, and expected outcomes in conjunction with referring physicians.
• Adhere to all policies, procedures, licensing regulations, and state laws.
• Develop, maintain and adjust written care plans with reasonable goals and outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality for patients and the company.
• Maintain effective communication among staff, the healthcare team, and families.
• Refer patients to additional educational or medical services when appropriate.
• Participate in coordination of services, including discharge planning, with physicians, nurses, parents/guardians, and other team members.

Benefits

Benefits are offered to full‑time employees who work 30 hours or more a week. Employees become eligible after 60 days of employment and meeting full‑time requirements.
