Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a valid professional license in state of practice.
• Graduate of ASHA accredited school; foreign-trained must be substantially equivalent per ASHA.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluative, consultative, and treatment interventions in home settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and physician to develop and manage care plans.
• Maintain clinical records and meet regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in training and onboarding of others as needed.
