Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver skilled therapy in patients’ homes across Texas. You will evaluate communication and swallowing disorders under the supervision of an attending physician, creating individualized treatment plans for each patient.

Qualifications

Licensed SLP in the state of employment.
Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
Must be able to drive in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy in a home setting.
Collaborate under oversight of an attending physician.
Treat language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, and cognitive communication issues.
Support patients with stroke, Parkinson’s disease, and dementia in home or community settings.
