Job summary

Angels Care Home Health seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (ST) to provide in-home therapy, diagnosing and treating speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive disorders. You will deliver coordinated care to patients in their homes and work with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.

The role requires a Master's in Speech Language Pathology, active state licensure, and CCC-SLP certification, plus 2 years' acute care or rehab or home health experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP certification from ASHA is required
• Current state license to practice Speech Language Pathology

Responsibilities

• Provides therapeutic techniques for rehabilitation of patients with speech, language, hearing, oral motor, swallowing and cognitive disorders.
• Provides patient-oriented, coordinated care in patients’ homes.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.

Education

Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA

Current state license in Speech Language Pathology
