Boost Home Healthcare - Framingham-Norwood is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to administer speech therapy services in patient homes. This role requires evaluations and consultations to support patients' wellness and independence.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist by the state.
• Minimum of one year experience in an acute care setting.
• Completed 350 clock hours of supervised clinical practicum.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of speech language pathology services.
• Consult with physicians on treatment changes.
