Job summary

MedSide Healthcare in Dekalb area seeks a Part-Time Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to deliver home-based therapy. You will evaluate and treat patients in their homes, following physician-approved plans of treatment and maintaining documentation accordingly.

Responsibilities include planning therapeutic regimens, coordinating with family and care teams, and ensuring quality rehabilitative services align with best practices in home health.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Professional Program.
• Current licensure in the state of Georgia with no sanctions or restrictions.
• One year of related clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled rehabilitation services to home-bound patients per the Plan of Treatment.
• Evaluate, plan and administer speech therapy modalities in the patient’s residence.
• Develop and restore function through rehabilitative speech therapy as prescribed.
