Tufts Medicine Care at Home is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose and treat complex speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders across the lifespan. You’ll develop plans, supervise interns, and coordinate care within inpatient/outpatient settings to maximize patient independence.

Responsibilities include documenting evaluations, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing home-based training while adhering to regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CCC Certification from ASHA.
• Speech Therapist License.
• BLS Certification.
• Five years of experience in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CPR Certification required if hire before 9/28/2026; BLS within 30 days after hire if after.

Aufgaben

• Evaluates and screens complex patients with speech, language, or swallowing disorders.
• Makes therapy and referral recommendations.
• Prepares written evaluation and progress reports.
• Coordinates scheduling, staffing and daily operations of the Speech-Language Program.
• Supervises internship program and mentors graduate clinicians.
• Completes documentation and ensures insurance approvals.
