Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver in-home therapy across various home settings in Colorado. Qualifications

• Must hold valid SLP license in the state of employment.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
• Must be able to drive in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy to patients in home settings.
• Collaborate with attending physician and care team to coordinate care.
• Address language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, and cognitive communication needs.
