Adoration Health - Home Health in Lancaster, SC seeks a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for PRN coverage. You will deliver one-on-one therapy, assess speech or language disorders, and support families in the patient’s home environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology, an active state license, and a current BLS/CPR certification, with at least one year of SLP experience. A supportive team and stable role await.

Formación

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• 1 year of work experience as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current, unrestricted license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the practicing state.
• Current BLS or CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech or language disorders in a home health setting.
• Teach articulation, voice improvement, and alternative communication methods as needed.
• Educate healthcare team, patients, and caregivers to support progress outside direct therapy.
• Document progress and clinical notes; submit visit documentation per policy.
