Idaho Home Health, part of LHC Group within the Optum family, is hiring a Scheduling Specialist to manage patient referrals and visit schedules using an online system. This role collaborates with the Team Leader to match clinicians to patient needs and ensure timely care.

Key duties include maintaining calendars, processing visit workflows, monitoring referrals, and communicating with field staff to resolve any delays. We offer a supportive environment focused on caring and growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of scheduling experience in health care using an online scheduling system.
• Strong organizational, customer service, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Working knowledge of state and federal regulations governing OASIS visits, supervisory, and reassessment visits.

Responsabilidades

• Manage calendar of services using automated scheduling system.
• Process workflow for scheduled, missed, rescheduled, reassigned, declined and delivered visits.
• Monitor referrals daily and assign clinicians and case managers for start of care visits.
• Communicate daily with field staff to resolve unaddressed visits.
