Corus Health in Albuquerque is seeking an organized Home Health Scheduling Coordinator to support our clinical team. You will coordinate schedules for home health clinicians to ensure timely, patient-centered care and serve as a communication hub for clinicians, patients, and families in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and prior healthcare scheduling experience; EMR platforms such as MyUnity, Homecare Homebase, or MatrixCare are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior healthcare scheduling experience required (home health or hospice strongly preferred).
• Experience with EMR or scheduling platforms such as MyUnity, Homecare Homebase, or MatrixCare preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Calm, detail-oriented problem solver with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage schedules for home health clinicians.
• Assign visits based on physician orders, patient needs, and plan of care.
• Enter and update visit schedules in EMR or scheduling systems.
• Communicate with clinicians and leadership to resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Monitor schedules and adjust for high call volume and same-day changes.
• Serve as a communication hub for clinicians, patients, and families.
