Qualifications

• One year scheduling experience in healthcare environment preferred.
• One year administrative experience in healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient assessment visits and Oasis visits.
• Assign and schedule clinicians by geography to maximize efficiency.
• Collaborate with field clinicians to ensure visits are completed as ordered.
• Manage calls from patients and field staff about scheduling.
• Refer clinical issues to the clinical manager.
• Monitor hospitalized patients and communicate follow-ups.
• Coordinate with patients, clinicians, referrals, and teams for timely communication.
• Run reports and respond to workflow with actions.
• Assist with patient transfers between care centers and hospice services.
• Maintain supply closet and coordinate field liaison for supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
