Medi Home Health Agency, part of the Medical Services of America family, seeks a Full-Time Scheduler for our Scottdale, PA home health location. You will manage admissions, initial evaluations and scheduling of home health aide visits to ensure timely patient care.

Responsibilities include reviewing patient visit frequency, coordinating staff schedules, arranging first visits with licensed staff, and contacting staff for same-day visits to maintain coverage and adherence to care plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
