Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Denver-based home health sales professional to promote our hospice services. You will establish and nurture relationships with physicians, hospitals and community partners to drive referrals and growth.

This role requires a local candidate with a proven track record in home health sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A competitive base salary with lucrative bonus opportunities is offered in the Denver area.

Qualifications

• Local with established referral sources.
• 2+ years of successful experience promoting Home Health Services.
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources.
• Familiarity with Contact Management software.
