Job summary

Amazing Care Home Health Services is seeking motivated Registered Nurses to perform skilled nursing visits in clients' homes across Downtown Denver and Northeastern Aurora. You will assess needs, develop care plans, and educate patients and families while working independently within established protocols.

The role requires Colorado RN licensure, 1–2 years of home health experience, strong clinical assessment and communication skills, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Colorado RN license required.
• Minimum 1–2 years nursing experience with home health or similar setting.
• Strong communication, assessment and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes.
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments and outcomes.
• Communicate with patients, families and health professionals to coordinate care.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
