Job summary

Covenant Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for their HomeCare Float Pool in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. This full-time role involves providing nursing care to homebound patients, performing assessments, administering medications, and supervising support staff.

The ideal candidate must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, possess a Tennessee RN license, and have at least one year of nursing experience. Local travel is required, and a company car is available for use.

Qualifications

• One year of professional experience in hospital or prior home health experience required.
• Must have and maintain State of Tennessee RN license.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to homebound patients.
• Conduct home care needs assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with policies.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care techniques.
• Supervise and orient staff, including LPNs and aides.
