Job summary

Riverside Health in Accomac, Virginia is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide intermittent visiting home health care under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and Director. Qualifications

• RN licensure in Virginia (Required).
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience in home health and CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for assigned patients during intermittent home visits.
• Supervises non-professional staff to ensure optimum patient care and safety.
• Completes and locks patient notes and orders per RHS standards for timely billing.
• Initiates and revises a plan of care, coordinates services, and communicates changes to physicians.
• Participates in case conferences and provides education to client and family.
