Job summary

Supplemental Health Care is hiring experienced RNs for home health contracts in Savannah, Georgia and the surrounding areas. Nurses work an estimated 13-week assignment with designated territory coverage and hourly pay.

Home health experience with Medicare-certified visits is required, along with GA RN license and BLS certification. Travel or local options are available, with SHC offering strong support and benefits.

Qualifications

• Electronic Charting experience.
• 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty not qualified).
• Current Georgia RN License.
• American Heart Association BLS.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• 13-week contract.
• SHC pays by the hour, not by the visit.
• Desig­nated territory of coverage.
• Average weekly productivity of 30 units.
• Experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits.
